Carol Jacobi
The Rossettis exhibition Curator Dr Carol Jacobi has worked at Tate Britain as Curator British Art, since 2012. She has also taught, published and broadcast widely on 19th- and 20th-century art. Her research and practice looks afresh at Victorian art through inclusive twenty-first century perspectives and recent Tate exhibitions include Van Gogh and Britain; Ophelia (Shanghai); Pre-Raphaelite Masterpieces from the Tate (Canberra, Milan, Budapest) and she curated William Holman Hunt and the Pre-Raphaelite Vision for Art Gallery of Ontario (Toronto, Minneapolis, Manchester).
James Finch
Since 2019, Dr James Finch has been Assistant Curator, 19th Century British Art at Tate Britain. He has worked on several exhibitions and displays, including Turner’s Modern World, William Blake, and Life Between Islands. Prior to joining Tate, James was Curatorial Assistant at the Royal Academy of Arts. His research on British art since 1800 has appeared in numerous publications.
