We are delighted to be joined by Andreas Sundgren, the maker of Brannland Ice Cider and cider enthusiast and author Felix Nash. They will introduce us to the exceptional ice ciders of Brännland, Sweden. Apples are often grown under 24-hour sunlight, fermented under the aurora on the Baltic seaboard in sub-arctic Sweden, creating the most incredible dessert wine-like cider. Try these fantastic ciders with divine food matches made by executive chef Chris Dines.
